Founded in 2005, SAHA Kurumsal Yönetim ve Kredi Derecelendirme Hizmetleri A.Ş. (Saha Rating) is Turkey's first domestic rating agency. It is authorized by both the Capital Markets Board of Turkey (CMB/SPK) and the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA/BDDK). The company's mission is to provide impartial, objective, and accurate rating services to corporations and financial institutions, thereby contributing to the transparency and efficiency of the Turkish capital markets.
