Established in 2000, the Rwanda Bankers' Association (RBA) is a professional, non-profit organization representing the banking sector in Rwanda. Its mission is to promote a sound, innovative, and efficient banking system by advocating for its members' interests, fostering public understanding of the industry's role, and facilitating dialogue with the government, regulators (primarily the National Bank of Rwanda), and the public. RBA works to enhance professional standards, support financial literacy initiatives, and contribute to the overall economic development of the country.
