The Queen's Initiative for Financial Literacy (QIFL) is a non-profit, student-operated organization based at the Smith School of Business at Queen's University. Its primary mission is to empower individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to make informed financial decisions. QIFL achieves this by developing and delivering a wide range of educational resources, including interactive workshops, seminars, an annual conference, and published guides.
