PPA's core business revolves around three main pillars: 1) Restructuring & Non-Performing Loan (NPL) Management, where it revitalizes state-owned enterprises and manages distressed assets; 2) Special Situations Fund (SSF), an investment arm focused on providing innovative financing and investment solutions for promising companies; and 3) Advisory Services, offering expertise in corporate finance, restructuring, and strategic management. PPA plays a crucial role in enhancing the value of state assets and contributing to the national economic recovery.
