Established in 1990 through an initiative by Confindustria (General Confederation of Italian Industry) and Federmanager (Italian Federation of Industrial Managers), Previndai is a contractual, non-profit pension fund operating under a defined contribution system. Its mission is to manage the pension contributions of its members, investing them in financial markets to build a supplementary pension to be paid out upon retirement. The fund is a major player in the Italian pension system, managing significant assets on behalf of industrial sector executives.
