Pomorski Fundusz Rozwoju sp. z o.o. (Pomeranian Development Fund) is a company established by the Self-Government of the Pomeranian Voivodeship. Its primary mission is to stimulate the socio-economic development of the region by providing accessible financing to local entrepreneurs. The company manages and distributes financial instruments derived from European Union funds and national programs, offering products such as preferential loans, guarantees, and venture capital investments to micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that have difficulty securing financing from traditional banking sources.
