The company was publicly listed on the NGM Equity exchange. In 2021, Paynova was acquired by the Svea Group (Svea Bank AB) and has since been fully integrated into Svea's ecosystem. The Paynova brand is no longer actively used, and its original website now redirects to Svea's official site.
