Our Leg Up is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that supports first-generation and/or low-income (FGLI) college students in securing competitive, career-launching first jobs. The organization's program provides fellows with comprehensive support, including one-on-one mentorship from industry professionals, career development training, interview preparation, and a financial stipend for "last-dollar" needs related to career advancement (such as interview attire or travel). The mission is to provide students with the resources and network that more advantaged peers often have, thereby promoting economic mobility.
