The New York City Neighborhood Capital Corporation (NYCNCC) is a 501(c)(3) community development entity (CDE) administered by the New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC). Its mission is to spur economic growth and create jobs in underserved neighborhoods by securing New Market Tax Credit (NMTC) allocations and channeling private investment into high-impact commercial and community facility projects in low-income areas across the five boroughs.
