NORD/LB Asset Management AG operated as the central asset management company within the NORD/LB Group, one of Germany's leading commercial banks. Headquartered in Hanover, the company specialized in providing a wide range of investment solutions and portfolio management services for institutional clients, such as insurance companies and pension funds, as well as for high-net-worth private clients. In 2017, it entered a strategic partnership by merging with Berenberg's asset management division. Subsequently, NORD/LB sold its remaining stake, and the entity's operations and expertise were fully integrated into what is now Berenberg Wealth and Asset Management.
