Neumann Finance Company was a Pennsylvania-based firm specializing in commercial equipment financing and leasing for small and mid-sized businesses. In January 2017, it was acquired by Beneficial Bank to expand its commercial lending capabilities. Subsequently, in March 2019, WSFS Financial Corporation completed its acquisition of Beneficial Bancorp, Inc., the parent company of Beneficial Bank. As a result, all operations of Beneficial Bank and its subsidiaries, including the former Neumann Finance, were integrated into WSFS Bank. The original "neumann finance company" brand is no longer in use.
