NESS Super is an Australian industry superannuation fund established in 1987, originally for workers in the electrical, communications, and associated industries. As a profit-to-member fund, its mission was to provide strong retirement outcomes for its members. On 27 May 2024, NESS Super completed a merger with Spirit Super, another industry super fund, to create a combined fund with over 377,000 members and approximately $30 billion in funds under management, aiming to provide greater scale, lower fees, and improved services to members.
