Launched in November 2013 with the support of the UNDP, the Myanmar Microfinance Association (MMFA) is the national-level body for microfinance practitioners in Myanmar. Its mission is to work collaboratively to foster a supportive environment where microfinance institutions can offer appropriate, affordable, and accessible financial services to the people of Myanmar. The association serves as a platform for advocacy, knowledge sharing, capacity building, and promoting responsible finance practices among its member institutions.
