Founded in 2009 as a spin-off from the University of Trieste, modefinance specializes in the assessment of corporate credit risk. The company has developed its own proprietary methodology, MORE (Multi Objective Rating Evaluation), which leverages Big Data and Artificial Intelligence to provide objective and transparent financial analysis and credit ratings. In 2015, modefinance became the first FinTech company to be registered as a Credit Rating Agency (CRA) in Europe by the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA). It is now part of the TeamSystem Group, a leading Italian tech company.
