Originally chartered in 1962 to serve the employees of Midwest Steel, Midwest Family Federal Credit Union has since expanded its field of membership to include all of Porter County, Indiana. As a not-for-profit financial cooperative, it is owned and operated by its members. The credit union's mission is to provide quality financial services in a friendly, convenient, and professional manner, offering products such as savings and checking accounts, various types of loans (auto, mortgage, personal), and digital banking solutions.
