In 2015, the company was acquired by Amur Equipment Finance (AmurEF), a nationally ranked independent equipment finance company. The operations, services, and brand of Manchester Leasing have since been fully absorbed into AmurEF, which continues the business of providing customized financing and leasing solutions for a wide range of essential equipment to small and medium-sized businesses across the United States.
