Lubi was founded as a digital asset management platform and was acquired by the Brazilian digital bank Banco Inter in 2021. Following the acquisition, Lubi's services and technology were integrated into Inter's investment arm, "Inter Invest," to create an "investment mall." The platform's mission is to provide clients with access to a diverse portfolio of investment products, including funds, private credit, and fixed-income assets from numerous third-party managers, not limited to those offered by Banco Inter itself.
