It operated using Binance Cloud infrastructure, which provided access to Binance's liquidity and technology. The company was founded by François Denis and Nicolas Lefortier and successfully registered as a Digital Asset Service Provider (DASP/PSAN) with the French financial regulator, the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF). Despite its initial launch and regulatory approval, the company faced significant financial difficulties, leading to it being placed in judicial liquidation by the Commercial Court of Paris in early 2023, ceasing all operations.
