The company partners with property owners to divide their buildings into equity shares, which are then made available for public investment through an IPO-like process. This model provides a new source of capital and liquidity for property owners while giving investors access to a previously inaccessible asset class. All securities-related activities are conducted through its subsidiary, LEX Markets LLC, a registered broker-dealer and member of FINRA and SIPC.
