Lendy Ltd, formerly known as Saving Stream, was a peer-to-peer lending platform that allowed retail investors to fund property-backed loans in exchange for high-interest returns. The platform focused on bridging and development finance for property professionals in the UK. Launched in 2012, it grew rapidly to become one of the UK's largest P2P property platforms. However, the company faced significant issues with a high proportion of non-performing loans, leading to a loss of confidence and its eventual collapse into administration in May 2019.
