KMG America, legally known as Key Management Group, Inc., was a leading provider of employee benefits, HR consulting, and retirement services. The company was primarily focused on serving clients in the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States. In June 2011, KMG America was acquired by USI Insurance Services, a major national insurance brokerage and consulting firm. Following the acquisition, KMG America's operations, expertise, and client base were integrated into USI's broader platform, and the brand was absorbed into USI.
