The Investor Responsibility Research Center Institute (IRRCi) was a not-for-profit entity established to serve as a leading source of objective, impartial, and timely information on the power of investors and corporations to build long-term value for all stakeholders. It funded and disseminated academic and practitioner research on a wide range of topics including corporate governance, ESG (environmental, social, governance) factors, and their impact on investment performance. Although the institute closed in 2018, its extensive library of research remains accessible to the public through its website to continue its mission of informing and influencing the investment community.
