IPSX (International Property Securities Exchange) was a Recognised Investment Exchange in the UK, regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Launched in 2019, its mission was to create a dedicated, liquid, and transparent stock market for commercial real estate, allowing investors to trade shares in individual property assets. The exchange aimed to democratize real estate investment by offering IPOs of single-asset companies, providing an alternative to direct property ownership or traditional REITs. Despite its innovative model, IPSX failed to gain sufficient traction and ceased all trading operations in October 2023.
