Intown Green Mortgage, Inc. was a nonprofit mortgage company based in Atlanta, Georgia. Formed as a partnership between a community development financial institution and a national nonprofit credit counseling agency, its mission was to provide sustainable homeownership opportunities and fair mortgage products, primarily for low- to moderate-income (LMI) households. On February 1, 2017, the company was acquired by GreenPath, Inc. (doing business as GreenPath Financial Wellness), and its operations were integrated into the new parent company.
