Index Coop is a decentralized, community-governed organization dedicated to making crypto investing simple, accessible, and secure. It was launched in October 2020 as a collaboration between Set Labs and DeFi Pulse. The Coop's mission is to build and govern the world's best on-chain crypto index products, such as the DeFi Pulse Index (DPI), which provides holders with broad exposure to the decentralized finance sector through a single ERC-20 token. All products are managed and upgraded based on proposals and votes from the holders of its governance token, INDEX.
