ICV UAE is a professional firm of chartered accountants and an official certifying body for the UAE's National In-Country Value (ICV) Program. This government-led program, managed by the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MoIAT), aims to boost the local economy by redirecting public and private sector procurement spending towards the national economy. ICV UAE assists suppliers and companies in calculating their ICV score based on audited financial statements and other criteria, and then issues the official ICV certificate, which is a mandatory requirement for suppliers participating in procurement processes with government and semi-government entities.
