Founded in 1948, Heartland Credit Union (HCU) is a not-for-profit financial cooperative owned and operated by its members. Its mission is to provide personalized financial services, including savings and checking accounts, various types of loans (auto, home, personal), credit cards, and investment services. As a member-owned institution, its profits are returned to members in the form of lower loan rates, higher savings rates, and fewer fees. HCU serves individuals who live, work, or worship in several counties throughout central Kansas.
