Hargreave Hale AIM VCT plc is a public limited company and a Venture Capital Trust (VCT) designed to provide private investors with tax-efficient exposure to a portfolio of smaller, entrepreneurial UK companies listed on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM). The VCT's objective is to generate long-term capital growth and tax-free dividends for its shareholders. The VCT was originally managed by Hargreave Hale Ltd, a stockbroking and investment management firm. In 2017, Hargreave Hale was acquired by Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management, which now serves as the dedicated investment manager for the VCT.
