Grow Michigan II, LLC is the second fund managed by Grow Michigan, an organization established in 2012 as a partnership between Michigan's banking community and the Michigan Strategic Fund (MSF). The company's mission is to provide attractively-priced growth capital, primarily in the form of subordinated or mezzanine debt, to the state's small business community.
