Originally chartered in 1964 as the Fort Rucker-Bay County Federal Credit Union, the institution served military and civilian personnel. In 2004, it rebranded to GeoVista Federal Credit Union to better reflect its expanding and diverse membership. As a member-owned, not-for-profit financial cooperative, GeoVista's mission is to provide quality financial services to its members, returning profits in the form of lower loan rates, higher savings rates, and improved services. It offers a full range of banking products, including savings and checking accounts, loans, mortgages, and digital banking solutions.
