Evida A/S is Denmark's national gas distribution company, established on October 1, 2019, through the merger of HMN GasNet and Dansk Gas Distribution. Wholly owned by the Danish state and operated by the Danish Ministry of Finance, Evida is responsible for the entire Danish gas distribution system. The company's mission is to ensure a safe, efficient, and reliable supply of gas to approximately 400,000 Danish homes and businesses, while also playing a crucial role in the green transition by distributing increasing amounts of biogas.
