The company provided a range of services including public finance for municipalities, corporate finance for middle-market companies, institutional sales and trading, and wealth management for private clients. In 2020, its public finance division was acquired by Colliers International, a leading global commercial real estate services and investment management company, and its operations were subsequently integrated and rebranded under the Colliers name.
