Established in 1996, the Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) is the main stock exchange operating in Cyprus, under the supervision of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC). Its mission is to operate and develop the Cypriot securities market, providing a fair, efficient, and transparent environment for trading. The CSE operates a Regulated Market and an Emerging Companies Market (ECM), which is a Multilateral Trading Facility (MTF), offering listing and trading solutions for companies of various sizes, as well as clearing, settlement, and registry services.
