Founded in 2016, Credy Technologies Pvt. Ltd. operated as a fintech platform in India, aiming to make credit more accessible and convenient. The company focused on providing instant personal loans to young, salaried professionals through a completely digital application and approval process. It utilized proprietary algorithms for credit scoring, which analyzed data beyond traditional credit bureau scores. In early 2023, Credy was acquired by the larger digital lending company, KreditBee. Following the acquisition, Credy's team and operations were integrated into KreditBee, and its standalone platform was shut down.
