COPOLAC

COPOLAC is an international cooperation programme funded by the European Union, currently in its third phase (COPOLAC III). Its mission is to foster bi-regional dialogue and collaboration between the EU and CELAC (Community of Latin American and Caribbean States) countries to tackle the global drug problem. The programme focuses on strengthening public institutions, promoting evidence-based policies, and addressing the drug issue from a comprehensive perspective that includes public health, security, development, and human rights. It is implemented by the FIIAPP (International and Ibero-American Foundation for Administration and Public Policies) and the IILA (Italo-Latin American International Organization), in partnership with other key agencies.
