Founded in 2015, CoInvestor Limited developed a digital platform designed to streamline and democratize access to alternative assets, such as Venture Capital Trusts (VCTs) and the Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS). The company's mission was to provide a more efficient way for financial advisers, fund managers, and private investors to manage the entire alternative asset investment lifecycle, from application and reporting to administration. In 2021, CoInvestor was acquired by the wealth management platform provider Praemium, and its technology and services have since been integrated into Praemium's broader offerings for the UK market.
