Founded in 2008 as CFH Clearing, the company established itself as a premier Prime of Prime brokerage and liquidity provider. It offered institutional clients, such as retail brokers and fund managers, access to multi-asset execution, prime brokerage services, and trading technology. In 2016, CFH Group was acquired by Playtech PLC, a major publicly-listed financial technology company. Subsequently, Playtech consolidated its financial division, including CFH and other acquisitions, under the single brand "Finalto" in 2021. Today, the services and expertise of the former CFH entity form a core part of Finalto's institutional liquidity and technology offerings.
