Originally established in 1967 for employees of Ontario's 24 colleges, the CAAT Pension Plan has since evolved into one of Canada's fastest-growing and most sustainable pension plans. It is an independent, jointly-governed trust that offers two modern defined benefit pension designs: DBprime and DBplus. Its mission is to provide secure, valuable, and sustainable lifetime pensions. The plan now serves over 350 participating employers from the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors across Canada.
