The Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB) is an international financial institution established by Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Georgia, Greece, Moldova, Romania, Russia, Turkey, and Ukraine. Headquartered in Thessaloniki, Greece, the bank commenced operations in 1999. Its mission is to support economic development and regional cooperation by providing financing for projects in member states, offering loans, credit lines, equity participation, and guarantees to both public and private sector enterprises.
