Founded in 1930 for employees of the Atlanta Car Plant, Associated Credit Union (ACU) is a not-for-profit financial cooperative. Unlike a bank, its members are its owners, and profits are returned to them in the form of lower loan rates, higher savings rates, and fewer fees. ACU's mission is to make a positive difference in its members' lives by providing exceptional financial services, including personal and business banking, loans, mortgages, and investment services, to those who live or work in its designated service area.
