The company acted as a Managing General Agent (MGA) and wholesale broker, providing expertise in complex and hard-to-place risks across various industries, including casualty, property, professional liability, and more. In September 2020, All Risks, Ltd. was acquired by Ryan Specialty Group (RSG) and has since been fully integrated into RSG's wholesale brokerage and binding authority operations.
