Abri SPAC

Abri SPAC I, Inc. was a "blank check" company incorporated in Delaware. It was formed for the purpose of raising capital through an initial public offering (IPO) to acquire an existing private company, thereby taking it public. The company successfully completed its IPO in August 2021, raising approximately $57.5 million. While it did not focus on a single industry, its acquisition strategy targeted businesses in sectors such as technology, healthcare, and financial services. In April 2023, Abri SPAC I, Inc. entered into a definitive merger agreement with Apifiny Group Inc., a digital asset trading network. The business combination was completed, but the resulting entity was subsequently delisted from the Nasdaq exchange in early 2024.
