Historically, its main divisions included SA Taxi (minibus taxi financing) and Transaction Capital Risk Services (TCRS). Following significant strategic restructuring, its core operational divisions are now Mobalyz (a business-process-outsourcing and customer-experience-management company operating primarily as Nutun in South Africa and Australia) and WeBuyCars (a major pre-owned vehicle marketplace in South Africa, which was unbundled and separately listed in April 2024).
