Simplicity NZ Limited is a nonprofit, 100% New Zealand-owned and operated fund manager. Its mission is to help New Zealanders ("Kiwis") become wealthier and more financially literate by offering low-fee, ethical investment options. The company was founded with the goal of passing on profits to members through lower fees and donations to charity, with 15% of its management fees going to the Simplicity Charitable Trust.
