Pensions Alliance Limited (PAL) was incorporated on April 14, 2005, to manage and administer retirement savings contributions of employees in Nigeria under the Pension Reform Act of 2004. As a licensed Pension Fund Administrator (PFA) by the National Pension Commission (PenCom), PAL is a joint venture between FSDH Merchant Bank and African Alliance Insurance Company PLC. The company's mission is to deliver competitive investment returns and provide responsive, effective service to ensure its clients have a financially secure and comfortable retirement.
