Founded in 1986 as the Montana Community Development Corporation, MoFi is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that has grown to become a key financial resource in the Rocky Mountain West. As a certified CDFI, its mission is to provide financing and consulting services to underserved individuals and businesses that may not qualify for traditional bank loans. MoFi aims to transform lives and strengthen communities by fueling economic growth, creating jobs, and offering opportunities through services like small business loans, home loans, and New Markets Tax Credit financing.
