Gold Coast Health Plan (GCHP) is a County Organized Health System (COHS) that was established in 2011 to serve Medi-Cal members in Ventura County, California. As a public entity, GCHP is governed by the Ventura County Medi-Cal Managed Care Commission and works in partnership with the County of Ventura, local providers, and community-based organizations. Its mission is to improve the health of its members by providing access to high-quality, culturally sensitive care and services.
