Chartered in 1952, Georgetown Kraft Credit Union (GKCU) was initially established to serve the employees of the International Paper Company’s Kraft Division in Georgetown, South Carolina. As a member-owned, not-for-profit financial institution, its mission is to serve as its members' primary financial institution by providing a range of competitive services. Over the years, GKCU has expanded its field of membership to include anyone who lives, works, worships, or attends school in Georgetown, Horry, and Williamsburg counties, offering a full suite of financial products including savings and checking accounts, loans, and digital banking services.
