Founded in 2017, Finhay is a leading "wealthtech" company in Vietnam with a mission to democratize access to financial products for the country's young and emerging investor class. The platform allows users to start with very small amounts of money (micro-investing) and invest in a variety of financial instruments, primarily fund certificates from reputable fund management companies. In 2022, Finhay made a significant move by acquiring VinaSecurities, a licensed brokerage firm, which has since been rebranded to Finhay Securities. This strategic acquisition enables Finhay to offer direct stock trading services, expanding its product suite from a micro-investment app to a comprehensive digital wealth management platform.
