In July 2022, Cigna’s life, accident and supplemental benefits businesses in New Zealand were acquired by Chubb, a global leader in insurance. Following the acquisition, the company was rebranded to Chubb Life Insurance New Zealand Limited, continuing its mission to provide financial security and peace of mind to New Zealanders.
